Kamishibai cards (K-cards) are a tool used in daily rounding and/or room audits to provide real-time data, foster rounding with a purpose, improve bundle compliance and to prevent patient harm from hospital acquired infections, falls or other preventable injuries.

Mr. Potato Head

Goal: Assemble Mr. Potato Head toys as quickly as possible with all the right pieces in the right positions.

Purpose: To test ideas, use run charts, collaborate for improvement, learn about making predictions and developing standard work.
