Healthcare organizations are required to meet sets of Conditions of Participation (CoPs) as set forth by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).  The MT Flex program has put together a library of resources for Critical Access Hospitals, Swing Bed Providers and Rural Health Clinics to assist in meeting these regulatory requirements.
