A core service of the MT Flex Grant and Performance Improvement Network is to provide education on a variety of topics associated with our grant objectives. We provide a “Certificate of Completion” for most education events and provide content to align with continuing education as able.
Networking and meeting colleagues face to face is essential in a large state like Montana. MT Flex Grant hosts in person meetings for MT CAH staff on a regular basis. These meetings include, but are not limited to the CAH Administrator Meeting, DON/QIC Regional Meeting, and meeting opportunities at the Montana Healthcare Conference and MHA Health Summit.
MT Flex is excited to offer opportunities for professional development and career advancement! Certification and credential prep courses are offered to MT CAH staff on a rotating basis. MT Flex provides prep course platform and reimburses testing costs with a passing score.
