Outpatient AMI (Acute Myocardial Infarction) and Chest Pain measures may include a small number of cases in MT CAHs, but these cases have some of the highest acuity levels. Improvement and education is even more important in these cases as many providers do not see many AMI/Chest Pain patients.

In an effort to streamline abstraction and save you time, our agencies have collaborated to develop a joint abstraction tool. This tool is designed to be used with 2019 encounters.
