Quality Improvement Cohorts

MT Flex is committed to enhancing the quality of care and patient safety in Montana Critical Access Hospitals.  One method is through guided improvement cohorts on a variety of topics.  These cohorts provide an avenue for hospitals to work through a quality improvement project from the ground up, using evidence-based tools and strategies to address QI topics of priority with the support of their peers and subject matter experts.
